This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. * low voltage wire repairs * Dual capacitor replacement * Compressor easy start kit * R22 refrigerant recharge by super heat and sub cooling No cooling diagnostic. Turned the thermostat to cooling then dropped the temperature to 70f, inspected the indoor system then the outdoor capacitor, found low voltage control wire cut then open dual capacitor, replaced the low voltage wire then the capacitor added a easy compressor start kit, recharge the system then final cycled the system. Job complete
Customer explained that after technician left yesterday the upstairs thermostat was blank. Upon arrival found wet switch tripped. No signs of moisture or leaks. Safety was likely accidentally tripped by technician while performing repairs. Reset safety and made sure system and thermostat are operating. The system is operating properly at this time.
Super heat and sub cooling was higher than the targeting pressure and needs to be replaced
We arrived to Mr. Busman’s house and began our thorough inspection of the system. After looking at the indoor unit we noticed that a fuse was blown on the circuit board. We went outside to the condensing unit and we noticed a wire that had a small tear in the insulation. We then realized that the wire was touching the frame and was the cause of the shortage. We fixed the wiring and changed out the fuse and the system was running fine. This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. * Low voltage fuse replacement and low voltage wire repairs
This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. Blower wheel were 100% impacted, hot water heater was replaced eighteen months ago due to better pricing, refrigerant levels, amps on capacitors are all in good standing evap coils didn’t have any corrosion, or debris build up
Replaced air scrubber ozone free bulb covered under manufacturer warranty. Filled out warranty claim form and will return part to warehouse.
Performed cooling tune up. Checked all major components and system operation. Flushed drain line. Cleaned condenser coil. Found system refrigerant charge low, charged up to manufacturer specs. System is clean, recommend Teflon treatment for blower and evaporator coil to maintain cleanliness. Recommend Air Scrubber to purify the air and sanitize surfaces in the home. The system is operating properly at this time.
This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. * Fm1 object purification system fir the basement Hvac system * Ultra violet light system for the attic system Cooling safety inspection and maintenance on Hvac systems. Turned both thermostats to cooling then dropped the room temperature, inspected the indoor systems, pulled and inspected the air filters, checked the evaporator coils and the blower assembly, flushed the condensation drain line and installed 2 uv light one for attic system and one for basement system, found a leak at the ez trap for the basement system replaced the ez trap then cycled the system, cleaned the condensers and checked the refrigerant pressures, the compressor and the condenser fan motor. The attic ac control panel got burned in the past advised the client. Also advised the client that attic system is little low in refrigerant. Job complete.

This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. Blower wheel is 100% impacted with drywall and sawdust dust and debris due to renovations, air filter has not been replaced in months and is 100% impacted as well, amps on both capacitors are in good standing, cleaned off outdoor coil, check refrigerant levels
Performed water heater and 2 cooling tune ups. Checked all major components and system operation. Flushed water heater. Flushed drain lines. Cleaned condenser coils. Downstairs Air Scrubber bulb failed prematurely, covered by manufacturer warranty. Ordered new Air Scrubber ozone free bulb. Downstairs coil is very rusty. Both blowers and coils are clean, recommend Teflon treatment to maintain cleanliness. Recommend RM1 UVC remote object purifier to prevent bacterial growth in upstairs air handler. Performed 2 virucide sanitation fogger treatments. Gave customer estimate to level downstairs condenser that is slightly crooked. The systems are operating properly at this time.
Blower wheel was 100% impacted Air filter was 100% impacted and has not been changed in four months the wires had growth on them also behind the panel growth was also on the control board wires and on the fuses evaporator coil‘s were in good standing no corrosion no dirt or debris on fans customer wanted to wait to set up the free estimate for the outdoor unit even though I did let them know anything that was spent today Would be credited to the new system,
First unit (main system) (basement) Electric Air Cleaner hasn’t function in about four to five years, customer has filters in all return grills Blower motor is 0% impacted and doesn’t need to be serviced Air filter was 100% impacted Checked the temperature on the supply and return lines The humidifier is non operational and it isn’t a pad inside No gas leaks were detected Second Unit (basement) Thermostat is outdated and programmable Also another non working humidifier Amps on the capacitor is in good standing Blower wheel 0% impacted No system enhancements in either units Evaporator coil does not have any corrosion built up Third unit (Attic) Blower wheel is 40% impacted and needs to be pulled and cleaned Air filter was 100% impacted and needs to be changed, also no filters in the EAC (IAQ 1000, would be best for this) Amps on the capacitor are in good standing Evaporator coil are in good condition, no rusting either Fourth Unit Check the te
